At Isshiki Matcha, we want your matcha to arrive fresh, fast, and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

Where we ship

We ship across the United States and to Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking.

 

United States shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders over $50 (Economy, 5 to 8 business days).

Standard: $6.90 (3 to 4 business days).

Economy: $4.90 for orders under 5 lb (5 to 8 business days).

Express: $19.40 (1 to 2 business days).

 

Canada shipping rates

Economy International: $18.00 (6 to 10 business days), free on orders over $70.

Express International: $29.00 (1 to 2 business days).

 

Exact rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.
